12-hour water cut in parts of Mumbai on Tuesday | Mumbai News – Times of India


MUMBAI: There will be a 12-hour water cut and low pressure supply in parts of Mumbai on Tuesday.
Water cut will be in parts of S ward (Bhandup) and there will be low pressure supply in parts of the K-East, H-East and G-North wards that covers areas like Dadar (West), Mahim, Dharavi, Bandra (East) and Andheri (East) areas.
The water supply will be affected from 10am to 10pm.
BMC officials said that work is going on the repairs of a 900 mm sluice valve on the Tansa (East) mainline inlet at Anchor Block in Powai.
According to BMC officials areas like Jai Bhim Nagar, Best Nagar, Aarey Road and Filter Pada will face a 24-hour water cut on Tuesday, while other parts of K-East, H-East and G-North wards will receive water with a low pressure.
